Digital technology is amazing; the rate at which it evolves and advances and the great advantages it presents for people make it an indispensable aspect of modern society. The digital world is rapidly spreading out to encompass almost every corner of our daily lives. It has changed ways we study; we do business; we shop; we communicate with other people... And to me, the combination of art and digital technology even seems to challenge the fundamental laws of nature. What used to age, fade, and distort with time – photographs, music, movies, etc. – can now be preserved permanently through digital files. This then keeps them so that their quality remains unchanged forever and will be no longer a variable of time.

My generation is almost solely dependent on technical advances like the cell phone, the MP3, the HDTV and, especially, the Internet. But looking around, everything I enjoy the privilege of using today is the result of someone else’s hard work in the past. Considering how much I rely on a technological environment to get by, I figured: “why not try my hand at contributing to this community in some way?” So here, this website is the beginning of my steps down that pathway. I’ve collected some tutorials from various artists and posted them under easy-to-use categories. I’ve also included a few of my own pieces for viewing. Hopefully viewers can learn a little about how to handle drawing digitally from these guides.

Currently, I have only the digital graphics section set up and running. I will add digital audio and video sections in the future. I’d love to hear everyone’s opinions and critiques on what I can do better for the site. Finally, I’d like to express my sincerely gratitude to all authors for allowing me to use their artwork in this site.
